Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food and custom-made items, all sales are final once production has begun.

  • Custom orders (cakes, bento cakes, macarons, custom designs) cannot be canceled or refunded once preparation starts.
  • Changes may be requested up to 24 hours before pickup or delivery, subject to availability.
  • Same-day orders are non-refundable.
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 2 hours with photos.

Returns

We do not accept returns on food items. This policy ensures food safety and compliance with health regulations.

Allergens & Food Safety

Our kitchen handles ingredients that may include:

  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Wheat / Gluten
  • Tree nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Soy

We are not an allergen-free facility. Cross-contact may occur. Customers with severe allergies order at their own discretion.

Storage & Handling

  • Refrigerate cakes and cream-based desserts.
  • Best consumed within 24–48 hours.
  • We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after pickup or delivery.

Delivery Policy

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses, access issues, or recipient unavailability.
  • Delivery time windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Custom Orders Disclaimer

All custom items are handmade. Minor variations in color, design, or decoration are normal and not grounds for refunds.

Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Chargebacks without prior communication may result in future order refusal.
